Kuih Storage & FAQ

How do I store the kuihs, and how long can they keep for?

Our kuihs are best enjoyed on the day you receive them as they are made fresh to order and do not contain any preservatives.

🌞 Summer Storage: Keep your kuihs in a well air-conditioned space, away from direct sunlight.

❄️ Winter Storage: Store them in a cool place, also away from sunlight.

If you have leftovers at the end of the day, refrigerate them in an airtight container and consume within 2 days.

🔥 Reheating: If the following kuihs have been in the fridge, they need to be reheated before consuming:

  • Ang Ku Kuih: Steam for 3-5 mins or pan fry with a bit of cooking oil, like you are pan frying nian gao.
  • Kuih Lapis Sagu (Kueh Lapis): Steam for 3-5 mins or pan fry with a bit of cooking oil.
  • Pulut Panggang: Pan fry or microwave for 10 seconds.

Other kuihs can be eaten straight from the fridge.

Do you have a minimum order amount?

Yes, for pickups at an MTR station, a minimum order of $400 is required. Otherwise, a $40 handling fee applies.

Can I get an assortment of kuihs?

A minimum order applies for each type of kuih. All the kuihs are steamed in molds and it would be ineffective and wasteful to do smaller quantities at the moment. You can refer to this to see the quantities for each type of kuih.
